Hey guys, cast on crit ice spear occultist build is here. Ice Spear is a cold spell that fires projectiles in sequence. After traveling a short distance the projectiles enter a second form. The second form pierces all targets and has increased projectile speed and critical strike chance and multiplier.

Build Cost
- Medium Budget: 20-50 div

Before asking a question please read.

Mana: How do I sustain mana?
- Non-Channelling Skills have # to Total Mana Cost mod on rings
- Divergent Inspiration, Anomalous Greater Multiple Projectiles
- Mana leech from Essence Sap (Amulet annoint)
- #% increased Mana Cost of Skills per 10 Devotion mod on Militant Faith

Critical Strike Chance: Aim for %100 crit chance.
- Power charges
- Diamond Flask with crit chance mod
- Inspiration charges
- Precision
- Ascendancy, Skill tree, Medium cluster
- Cospri's Malice
- Brittle Ground
- Watcher's Eye with "#% to Critical Strike Chance while affected by Hatred" mod

Cooldown recovery: We need at least %14 for this build. I got it from awakened gem.
- Awakened Cast on Critical (minimum lvl 3)
- Shaper/Crusader belt
- Shaper/Crusader boots

Accuracy: We need %100 hit chance.
- Level 21 Precision
- # to Accuracy Rating on a ring
- Blind (Disorienting Display, Cluster Notable)
- #% increased Global Accuracy Rating on a jewel

Aps: With 14% cooldown recovery optimal aps for cyclone is 7.57. Don't go over it. Cyclone's aps is 7.54 with this setup.
- 10% inc attack speed, Quick Getaway (x2)
- 8% inc attack speed, Repeater
- 20% inc attack speed, Onslaught

Militant Faith: Dominus to get Inner Conviction keystone.
Try to get one with these mods:
- 4% increased Elemental Damage per 10 Devotion
- 1% reduced Mana Cost of Skills per 10 Devotion

3.21 CHANGES:
- Arcane Surge Support no longer causes Arcane Surge to grant more Spell Damage. Instead, it now causes Arcane Surge to grant 10% increased Cast Speed

Damage is off the charts for me. kinda paper thin though.

Hopefully this weekend i drop about 20% damage and pickup a few layers of defenses.

So I made this build, and I believe either you have a miscalculation in your writeup or I'm missing something. In the attacks per section you mention having 14% increased cooldown recovery rate. My Awakened Cast on Crit (with the +3 from the tree) puts it at 31% ICDR @ lvl 8. And in the calculator I found, it says that with 31 ICDR, your optimal attack rate is 8.73. Am I missing something?

There's a corrupted jewel with reservation efficiency that makes all 3 shield auras barely fit.
